The Champagne Blanc de Blancs by Diebolt-Vallois is a refined and elegant cuvée, made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from vineyards located around Épernay and Cuis (Côte des Blancs). Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, using a blend of wines from two vintages. The long aging period of at least 3 years on the lees before disgorgement helps develop complexity and aromatic depth. The final dosage of only 3 g/l classifies it as Extra Brut, preserving the purity and freshness of Chardonnay.
