The second "plenitude" of the 1998 Dom Pérignon, this Champagne has spent extra time on the lees, making for a more complex, elegant and structured wine than the "first" release of the 1998 back in 2005. With a total of 12 years on the lees, and 2 years further maturation after disgorgement, this is a full bodied, bready, yeasty style, but still maintaining the classic elegance and freshness of Dom Perignon.
