"Predominately Shiraz, this full bodied wine is given added dimension by a small yet impactful 7% addition of Cabernet Franc. Picked and co-fermented, the result offers lifted red fruits with an earthly structure from the soil in which it is grown. Initially the tannins appear green; however, they give lift and freshness to the palate, allowing the herbal notes to shine. It is looking good now, but we are excited to see how it will be drinking in another few years."
