With a discreet acidity and fine tannins, this wine is characterised by perfumes suggestive of ripe fruits and essence of flowers. Scents of woodland undergrowth and humus mingle with those of cherries in brandy and peony, later tending towards perfumes of leather and animals. Sometimes smoky, in the mouth it is ample, pure and velvety. Its finesse and elegance make it a very harmonious wine.”
