"There's only one 350-liter barrel of the 2021 Chassagne-Montrachet Village, so this tasting note will be of largely academic interest, but the wine remains quite classic in profile despite the much-reduced yield. Offering up aromas of pear, nutmeg, bread dough and white flowers, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and fleshy, with racy acids and chalky structuring extract."
