"Off-dry Albarino with piercing acidity.
Dandelion is a blend of Albarino plots from around the north of the town of Meano and across into the village of Ribadumia. The parcels range from 25 - 70 years and are grown on granitic, sandy soils. Fermentation is stopped with 13 grams of residual sugar but it's intense minerality and pure acid drive more than balance the sweetness - the result is something almost akin of off-dry Chenin from the Loire, a wine of texture and grace rather than apparent sweetness."
