A proponent of minimal intervention, winemaker Jayden Ong has fashioned a voluptuous, no-frills winemaking kind of syrah that shines with near-perfect fruit intensity. Laden with ripe tannins and fine-trimmed oak, the dense, black, high-spiced fruit is allowed the freedom to express itself beautifully.
