"The 2019er Paulinsberg Pinot Noir, as it is referred to on the consumer label, was made from fruit destemmed to 50% and was fermented in used barrique for 24 months before being bottled unfiltered. This bright-red-colored wine proves still rather backward but already more than hints at beautifully elegant fruits and fine spices. The wine proves packed with succulent fruits on the silky palate and leaves a gorgeous sense of red berried fruits and clove in the long finish."
