Deep nose of damp forest floor and Amarena cherry, with notes of freshly washed linen and baking spices. Quite concentrated and highly-structured on the medium-bodied palate, this has a cool mineral freshness that keeps it very bright through the long and crisp finish. This is only just beginning to open up and has clearly been made for long aging.
