The 2017 Saumur Rouge La Ripaille is deep, intense and fresh on the nose that intermixes chalky notes with blackcurrant and green asparagus aromas. Silky, fresh and pure on the palate, this is a tight and stimulating Cabernet Franc with a crisp and clearing finish that reveals fine and dry tannins. 12.5% alcohol. Natural cork.
