Notes of smoky mineral reduction, lemon grass and acacia blossom precede highly energetic and more mineral-driven if less concentrated and powerful middle weight flavors that possess a highly refined and sophisticated texture. The tightly wound, youthfully austere and bone-dry finish is textbook Perrières and while it could use a bit more overall depth, the underlying material appears to be very promising."
