"Dark robe; there is some oak on the nose, well lined black fruit within, cassis, smoky blue fruit, holds back calmly, hints of raspberry. The palate debut is lovely, offers a silky caressing wave of mixed red fruits, raspberry notes, supra finesse of tannins that are velvet clad, holds very neat pockets of gras. This is fine Rôtie, much texture appeal, detail, purity in its fruit and elegance in its content, the finale smooth and continuous, with a lovely late display of red juice."
