The 2018 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru has a clean, precise bouquet of blueberry and violet aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, crisp acidity and a fresh, blood-orange-tinged finish. Very fine.

This is a powerful, sturdy Charmes-Chambertin from the density of purple colour onwards. Dense purple, with a rich coating of fruit on the nose. There are black cherries here, plump in the middle, a stockier build behind .
