“Outstanding. A restrained if quite pretty nose reflects notes of petrol, baking spice, mineral reduction and a mix of pear, apple and floral wisps. There is both fine volume and richness to the decidedly punchy medium weight flavors that exhibit excellent length on the citrus-tinged finale. This is also really quite stylish and a wine that should repay 10 to 12 years of keeping, which it will need at least some because this could use better depth.”
