Harvested at just over 100° Oechsle, this gorgeous wine delivers a superb and elegant nose of almond, flowers and passion fruit. It is still quite primary and backward on the palate, with a creamy and slightly honeyed texture balanced out by a most zesty acidity. The finish, while still on the tart side, is simply stunningly well balance and loaded with mouth-watering almond-infused aromatics. This is a gorgeously playful and zesty Auslese GK in the making!
