"A richer expression but a lovely drink. White stone fruit, grilled pineapple, plus lemon with freshly sliced galangal and ginger powder. The palate is neatly composed with fine acidity and creamy leesy texture, just finishes a tad short. Minor quibble as it’s delicious."
