"This is also strikingly spicy with exotic tea, anise, clove, cinnamon and dried orange peel nuances adding considerable interest to the black cherry, cassis and violet-suffused nose. There is seriously good richness and volume to the concentrated and marvelously seductive flavors thanks to an abundance of dry extract that really coats the palate and buffers the firm tannic spine on the energetic and beautifully well-detailed finale.
