Touches of mineral reduction, citrus, rose petal and quinine add breadth to the mostly white orchard fruit aromas. Once again there is a really lovely texture to the refined and pure middle weight flavors that flash good minerality on the clean and dry finish. This needs to develop more depth but that shouldn't be a problem if allowed a few years first. Outstanding.
