"The plot lies just above Château Gris and has been ‘tressed’ since 2016 with biodynamic trials since 2020. 20% whole bunch, no sulphur until an adjustment before bottling. But only 500 bottles made this year because some grapes were needed for the regular Nuits-St-Georges. Fresh mid purple, a more lifted nose, floral with peonies, very ripe raspberry. Excellent density behind with a sweetness of fruit, some pepper both black and white, good enough acidity and attractive length."
