A little deeper in purple than Clos du Chapitre, and as always much punchier on the nose. Power packed with very dense raspberry fruit, then tannins to follow. Needs a rich dish with sauce, otherwise I would prefer the greater elegance of Clos du Chapitre. Tasted: October 2021
