"40% whole bunch vinification, 20% new wood. More crimson than ruby. The bouquet has a deeper darker style of fruit, cherry-raspberry rather than strawberry, slightly firmer tannins before the rich deep fruit returns behind. The acidity is entirely folded in. A notably long finish. Great stuff!"
