"50% whole bunch vinification 10-15% new wood. which is less whole bunch vinification than usual. Still a slightly firm slatey/gravelly aspect to the fruit on nose and palate, with a few tannins behind, but mainly a deep and rich cherry fruit which dominates. Fine follow through and persistence."
