"Outstanding. Smoky aromas of freshly sliced Granny Smith apples, citrus zest and elegant acacia blossom scents are complemented by the beautifully textured medium-bodied flavors that coat the palate with dry extract that helps to buffer the lemon-tinged acidity supporting the bone-dry and sneaky long finale. This is finer and more sophisticated than the Blanchot but doesn't have the same power, size and throw weight. A qualitative choice though the two wines are very different."
