"Dark red; the nose has a confidential authority, is smoked, set in with concerted black cherry fruit, has discreet “sparkle”, a real gleam of wellbeing, a note of iron tang. The palate runs with a silken tone of cooked black fruits, a little grain in the tannins, an accumulated cool impact from them. It runs very straight, has a sleek manner, its density spread pretty well. It has very good length, the aftertaste firmly juiced."
