Super fragrant, cherry pip, cranberry juice and rosy rose hip tea scents and flavours. Fresh feeling, snappy textured with sappy tannins and vibrant acidity. Lots of white pepper, touches of wet fern and sage leaf characters. Quite a strong sense of ‘minerally’ too. Tension, purity, drive, energy – them’s the words."
