“Sweet Spot, Outstanding. A strikingly elegant broad-ranging nose features a dazzling array of floral and spice wisps on the cool aromas of red berries, poached plum and exotic jasmine tea. The sleek, reasonably energetic and highly refined middle weight flavors are not as powerful, but they are quite a bit finer on the lingering, sophisticated and balanced finale. Note that this will also need to develop better depth but that should almost certainly occur given the need to cellar the larger format bottling.”
