100% Pinot Noir , old selection massale planted in primarily clay-limestone soils with some chalk. The vineyard was planted in 1971. Elevage sur lies for 36 months. Vinified and aged 100% in barrel. 1 g/l dosage. One of the best expressions of Verzy that I’ve tasted.
