"Treiso. Tasted blind. Just mid ruby with orange tinges. Pretty, perfumed cherry nose with a peppery tingle. Gorgeous compact cherry fruit palate perfectly balanced by firm, grainy bitter-sweet tannins. Fragrant and long. Can be approached now but will develop further."

"Soft ruby red. Exotic like the straight Barbaresco but spicier too. Intense red-cherry sweetness on the nose – you might even think this was a sweet wine until you taste it. A very firm grip, compact tannins,like the regular Barbaresco, but here the fruit is packed in the core of the wine, giving great balance, although it is all in embryo"

The south exposure and the geomorphologicalconditions are absolutely amazing and allow for a combination of both harmony and strength, releasing nuances of wild strawberries, officinal herbs and clove. A wine of great personality: balsamic and spicy."
