2021 Appellation Chardonnay

The 2021 fruit delivered a fabulous combination of ripeness and laser sharp acidity making this rendition of the wine stunning - and it’s a serious wine for cellaring. The wine displays beautifully complex aromatics of orchard flowers, yuzu and citrus, grilled hazelnuts with a whiff of smokey oak. The palate is creamy and textured with intense ruby red grapefruit acidity driving all through the wine - it’s delicate and weighty at the same time. It finishes with creamy lemon curd and oak spice. A very serious wine and will reward up to 5-8 years cellaring. Air is its friend, so a good decant or early opening is recommended.

2021 Appellation Pinot Noir

The wine pours out a bright ruby red colour and has high notes of cherry liqueur and raspberry fruit. There’s also complex aromas of roasted chicory and chinese five spice. The palate is round and lush with cherry cola and red berry flavours. Its silky smooth on the mid palate with spice and complex flavours. Sappy tannins fanning out to finish.

2020 Appellation Pinot Noir

2020 produced naturally light-coloured Pinots with pure and bright aromas. Bright Cherry and raspberry fruits with underlying beetroot characters, showcases complex autumnal earth and spice aromas. The palate is awash with raspberry coulis and black cherry juice with a velvety texture and freshness.
