The wines of Domaine Bernard Dugat-Py are considered by Burgundy aficionados to be one of the regions stars and an estate that produces true vin de garde. The domaines work in the vineyard is meticulous and Dugat-Py has been certified organic since 2003 with approximately 7.5 hectares of vineyards predominately in Gevrey-Chambertin, including four of the Grand Crus and small holdings in Vosne-Romanée, Pommard, Chassagne-Montrachet and Meursault. Low intervention winemaking in the cellar with grapes picked relatively early, stems included and perfectly judged oak, result in wines that speak clearly of their appellation and age beautifully.

Third generation vigneron, Vincent Géantet heads this Gevrey-Chambertin based domaine farming 12 hectares of vines up to 65 years of age, in the North of the Côte de Nuits covering the appellations of Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny and Marsannay. The vineyards are farmed lutte raisonée and fruit is rigorously sorted before aging in 30% new oak for all cuvées from the Bourgogne Rouge through to the Charmes-Chambertin. All of the cuvées are bottled without fining or filtration. Graceful wines showing aromatic purity are the hallmark of this estate and many wine critics have earmarked Domaine Géantet-Pansiot as a producer to follow closely in the future.

The Bouley family can trace their winemaking lineage back to the early 14th century and Jean-Marc took over the family domaine in 1985 after the death of his father. Today the estate spans 12 hectares in Volnay, Pommard and Beaune. Since 2006 winemaking is carried out by his son Thomas, who returned to France after vintages in Oregon and Felton Road in New Zealand. These are wines that bridge the gap between traditional Burgundy & the New World, showing superb transparency of terroir, superb purity and fruit density throughout their length. Considered by many to be one of the rising stars of the Côte-de-Beaune.
