"The incipient 2023 Cuvée de l'Enfant Terrible, the domaine's Poulsard fermented destemmed with indigenous yeasts, with an easy fermentation, unlike in 2022. The 2023s are ripe, as the year was warm but not as much as 2022, and the wines have more freshness. This is a textbook Poulsard with cleanliness and precision, a constant since the arrival of new winemaker Jocelyn Broncard in 2020. This is showing great, with a pale pink color, slightly reductive and keeping some protective gas. It had not been racked since it was harvested, and Jocelyn said he hadn't tasted it in a while and was pleasantly surprised it showed this well."
