This is Hugot's most specific wine. A single lieu-dit within Chouilly Grand Cru, old vines planted in the 1950s, a single vintage, vinified in barrique. Where the blended cuvées draw on Cramant's mineral precision alongside Chouilly's rounder character, this is Chouilly alone, from one defined parcel, in a year that gave the Cote des Blancs both ripeness and structure. The barrique adds texture without obscuring the site.
