Entirely from Cramant Grand Cru, where Chardonnay finds its most mineral and precise expression on the Cote des Blancs. The Reserve Perpetuelle is built around a solera-style reserve accumulating since 2016, with each harvest folded in and a portion drawn off for the final blend. Vinified in foudre, the wine gains texture and and at only 2g/L it stands entirely on the quality of the fruit and the reserve structure behind it.
