"The 2022 Spätburgunder was fermented with 30% whole clusters and aged in pieces for 14 months. Pure, refined, and fresh on the nose, with cherry aromas, this is a lean, fresh but intense Pinot with a refreshing structure and aromatic cherry fruit. Although there was drought stress and extended fermentation periods until the following summer, the wine is straight, fresh, saline, and very promising."
