"A blend of fruit from Warramate’s original 1970 plantings and more recent (2000) plantings. Whole bunches (20%), matured in barriques (20% new). A medium, bright crimson red. Primary with red fruits, violets and some whole-bunch derived spice. A lovely burst of flavour on the juicy, balanced and open-knit palate. Quite delicious now, but balanced and structured enough to cellar for at least five to seven years, too."
