Sour cherry, a lick of cranberry, raspberry coulis, rose water, squished wild strawberries, some faint nougat and green pepper corn notes. Crisp edges for the squishier textural elements, a cool, peppery, herbal finish. A few rungs up the ladder from rose, really, and good for it."
