"There's a floral profile to this release, with waxy white blooms and sweet fragrance clinging to a spine of vibrant acids. It's sherbety, zesty, and whole, and for every enlivening tingle, there's richness, too. Lemon curd, golden delicious apple, preserved lime, slate and granitic characters dappled through. It builds on the palate, with sheets of flavour and a gentle phenolic texture that provides just enough grip. A little earnest, but much comfort, as is the Gentle Folk way."
