This vintage sees Angostura bitters, fresh herbs, blood orange and red cherry. All bright, beautifully lifted, the whole bunch (20%) working its aromatic magic, the tannins fine and pliable. It's gently sweet fruited, with rose and candy apple in the mix, soft violet and a subtle master stock umami note, too. The Gentle Folk wines continue to break ground for new heights, and this release is no exception."
