"The 2021 Anjou Blanc Litus is a richly styled dry Anjou Chenin from a single hectare planted by Eric Morgat back in 2003. It's a barrel-fermented expression that's full, round and powerful with lots of substance and structure, giving the wine a solid frame. A firm line of acidity pervades the wine's core, providing direction and persistence. There's classy oak here and extended time on lees, which adds spice and gives this wine girth and something to sink your teeth into. It’s almost a meal in itself."
