The exceptionally rich, even opulent, big-bodied flavors also coat the palate with sappy dry extract that buffers the citrus-tinged acidity shaping the long and powerful if slightly woody finale. I wouldn't be too concerned about the wood treatment as this wine has an excellent track record in successfully integrating the oak."
