"From the Lieu-dits of Porusot le Dessus. The grapes are hand harvested and sorted and the wine aged on lees in oak barrels (20% new) for 12 months then in vats for 6 months.
A powerful, complex, oily and mineral wine. Notes of chalk and flint combined with white flowers."
Producer Notes
"The 2020 Meursault Le Porusot 1er Cru was tasting from unfiltered and filtered vats. It has a tightly-wound bouquet with touches of grass clippings, earthy scents, dewy meadow filtering through the citrus fruit. The palate is well balanced, energetic on the entry, one of the most saline of the Domaine's cuvées with a nice bite on the finish. Very fine."
