"The 2023 Gevrey-Chambertin Aux Combottes 1er Cru offers a wonderful bouquet with intense raspberry and wild strawberry scents bursting from the glass, with 30-50% whole bunch seamlessly integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent ripe tannins and a crisp line of acidity. It is quite pure and poised, delivering more structure and grip on the finish compared to other Premier Crus from Cyprien Arlaud. Probably on par with the excellent 2022."
