"Just mid ruby. Deep, brooding nose. Perfumed cherry fruit and just the merest suggestion of oak, although this has only seen large casks. Succulent cherry palate with quite firm tannins and a big dose of acidity. A little austere on the finish, but this is still very young, and a little drying on the finish, yet long and multi-layered and embryonic. Age will give it the final polish."
