Pungent notes of wood toast and menthol serve as a less than neutral backdrop to the spiced plum, floral and softly earthy aromas. There delicious, vibrant and delineated medium weight flavors possess a really lovely mouth feel as well as a hint of minerality on the balanced and lingering finish. This is a very fine Morey villages even if it's really a 1er in drag. Outstanding.
