“The 2019 Chambertin Grand Cru comprises three barrels. It has a glorious, beautifully defined bouquet displaying very fine precision and gorgeous mineral tones. The palate is medium-bodied with svelte tannins, perfectly judged acidity and beautifully integrated oak. Just a little lactic on the finish at the moment, but that will disappear with time. Superb.”
